The staff, from the front desk to the beach staff, were attentive and friendly. They made me feel right at home. The location was amazing, with easy access to the beach and South Pointe Park. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were impressive. The parking and transportation services were convenient, making it hassle-free to explore this gorgeous city. Special mention to Rachel, the manager, for her exceptional service. The breakfast at Lolo's restaurant was delicious, and the view from the room was stunning.
cleanliness, hotel facilities, location on Ocean Drive , and the staff treated us like VIPs. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean as expected. The private entrance to the beach was a great bonus. We could relax by the pool without all the noise. The staff was courteous, professional, and always attentive to our needs. We loved the fact that when we requested additional towels, they were at our door in less than 5 minutes. we loved our stay and would definitely book again!

The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were impressive. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many spots in South Beach, including Nikki Beach and other places on Ocean Drive. Plus, it was far away enough from the non-stop music and blast from beach parties at nearby hotels, so it was nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service.
